Pros
Govt. kind of job , and not much to do. All projects are developed earlier and only the maintenance part is going , so you don't actually need to do anything. Process is followed , but not always.
Cons
HR policies are not clear and sometimes force you to continue in the same project , even after 3 years. You won't be easily allowed to change your profile. Appraisals are not done for the previous work you performed , rather for the new work you are expected to do. Salary is low , as compared to other in the industry.
