Pros
1)First thing is job security.Never i have seen axing pplduring recession. 2)They ll provide cab facility even in night shifts,medi claim for parents etc etc. 3)Its a good company for the one who already have technical knowledge and who don't want to learn anything technical.
Cons
1)Experienced candidates ll get more onsite opportunities irrespective of there capabilities and knowledge. 2)Candidates who have experience less then 3 years cant even dream of going onsite though he is capable.Wat all counts finally is the digits which you have mentioned in YEARS OF EXPERIENCE line on urn resume. 3)You can't fix your domain if you are working on short term projects.A mechanical guy may also have to work in electrical domain if he is dumb. 4)Hikes ll be same for the person who work and who pretends to work.
