      Employee friendly company. The main focus of the company is utility business but now is expanding in consulting business. Have few IT and management consulting projects both in India and outside with utilities and energy firms

      Cons

      Limited opportunities of growth. Limited visibility and too much hierarchy. Work environment is not flexible.

      no work pressure little to learn no promotion very less pay after first year as no accomodation
