Pros
A great place that respects people. Places importance and takes action for EDI. The business leaders, IT Management and team I worked with are open to ideas, willing to help and come with an open mind. They appreciate creativity, challenge the status quo and this really helped things to move forward.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything that hinders you as a person or as a contributor to create value. Possibly there are opportunities to create avenue for internal movements.
