Great small company to work for. Employees are friendly and always available to help you with whatever you need. CEO is passionate about his product and company and will support your efforts to learn and grow while teaching you the skills necessary to succeed. If you're willing to work hard and do what's best for the company, you'll be treated like family.

Not really a company "Con" but the daily commute can be tough (1 hour each way.) Due to the smaller size of the company, you need to be prepared to chip in where you can and put on different hats.
