Pros
You might have one or two nice colleagues They hire racially and ethnically diversely (Birmingham) but there wasn't one member of the LGBTQ community on the floor or bar staff. Might have been coincidental?
Cons
Work/ life balance, cronyism, no fair balance of shifts, preferentialism (females), no staff food (one time they left a huge unheated tray of penne pasta in a warm room with flies, otherwise there was none) disrespectful and disassociated management who are only in the business of promoting women they're in relationships with (federico) and giving day shifts to one female (cassie) rather than sharing them evenly The only communication i saw from managers to staff was the occasional staff meeting before shift where they would tell you that they pay really well and that you are all replaceable and disposable. Pretty much word for word from Federico
