- good mindset among direct colleagues (not management)
- a competitive product on the market
- you can have some leverage as a candidate due to the high turnover
Cons
- very high turnover (they lost 80% of their salespeople this year)
- bad compensation, and low increases over the years. They play tough during the interviews, and try to hire as low as they can (don't tell them your current comp, they use this against you in the negotiations)
- bad management, one of the founders is very difficult to work with
