The company cares. You work hard, and we play harder. If you have a suggestion on how things could be better, they take you seriously and they value your insight and opinions. More than 3/4 of the company is remote, so efforts are made to bring everyone together for yearly events, which is really nice. I think it actually makes us stronger as a team because we speak so much via huddles and google meet vs being in an office setting where you might not speak to someone. Watching the company grow and still have the same core values since the beginning is a blessing and to be able to be a part of something like this is amazing! If you are in the pst time zone like myself and in my department, you get used to working early and getting off work in the afternoon!

Honestly, I wish I got to see everyone more frequently! Depending on your level of responsibility, sometimes it can be a lot of work, but that in of itself is rewarding because you know you are a part of something great and we are actually changing lives!

The people the amount of work that is required and the micromanaging is insane!! Was there a month and half three people were fired no warnings I believe the way they hire is to make it seem like they like diversity but not the case. Just ask any black employees that work there especially a black woman. None in management. Owner will act like he care but really doesn’t. I can say so much I can honestly say the reviews prior were either paid or not an honest review. They do fly you to CA but I promise what you SEE is NOT what you get!!! If you are looking for job security this is not the place. I wish somebody had warned me so I’m trying to do my part.
