People are so nice and want you to learn

Very old methods of production but good

For the most part people are nice and easy to get along with. It's a great place to get work experience. Great benefits.

The company is trying to go lean. You'll have multiple job titles with a below average salary. Moral is fairly low and there has been significant turnover in the last year. Upper management is oblivious as to what goes on and communication is non-existent. You have hard workers who live in the shadows and people who do nothing that are constantly in the spotlight.
