Pros

Flexible WFH options Some accounts handle a low backlog

Cons

Their main client (Azure/Microsoft) ended the relationship and closed most of their accounts, they fired about half of their employees on last December, the remining accounts are in danger to be closed as well. They offer a payment arrangement instead of paying the proper amounts after closing the accounts.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
