Pros

-decent salary if you consider that they do not ask for previous work experience -Good teamwork -it let you start your professional career -pay on time -insurance

Cons

-work/life balance -treatment to their employees -no benefits -they hire almost anyone, does not matter if they are good or bad on their field, this sometimes brings useless people doing disasters on the insight -management almost always lies to you - management contradicts themselves -you can see that the opportunities that they open keeps between their friends/relatives, not due to their skill -no gender equality(both sides) -considering the among of job that they ask you to do or give you, the salary is not worthy -management always asks for more, but they do not give anything to you -if they put a benefit, they will take it apart , and they will give a silly excuse for it -no transportation -located on crowed areas -the smell on the cafeteria -a really loud workplace -they do not give recognition to people that indeed "give everything" to the company

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
