Tons of opportunity to contribute and grow with this company. Friendly staff, with a real supportive based culture. There is lots of creative freedom to self manage and focus on your own work.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
