5yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts - I really appreciate it. During the interview process we try to stress the 'pace' of the job, as I do agree that critical situations happen and a customer's business is in jeopardy because their technology is not working it certainly can be stressful. We look for those folks who are extremely focused on resolving issues, and people who are experts at multi-tasking will do well here. We are certainly not a good fit for everyone, and I hope you found a role that aligns with your career goals!
