      Much Learning Experience especially for fresh graduates without a career base. Exposes you to competitive skills Globally recognised and that can offer you a chance for better employment

      Cons

      Job can be tedious and mentally draining Pay get discouraging when you get enough experience Company is very bad at Salary increment, you may keep earning the same salary for years without increment while they employ new staff with higher pay

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
