Managers will talk to you when you need help Managers do try to help out with what they can Additional support is very, very knowledgeable Opportunities for growth, such as certification fee assistance is available

Cons

Opportunities for growth do require a certain amount of time of being hired before they can be used Additional support can be slow at times Employees can be stuck with multiple difficult cases Hybrid is available, but very hard to achieve

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
