      Pros

      A good place to learn and grow as long as you set you mind at it and put yourself out there. Also, there is an opportunity to bond with colleagues to create work life balance. The last concluded APTS Manager's submit says it all. Managers had opportunity to stay off work, learn, relax and had fun.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
