      The company has its values and focuses on that strictly. Everyone is friendly and supportive with mentor/ training culture.

      Cons

      The benefits are cut off. Also, there are some unnecessary courses.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
