Pros

Can drink the tea during job. The pay was good for a mall job as a teen, but not enough for the stress.

Cons

-Owner of store is inappropriate(Gets involved in employee personal life asking invasive questions, makes rude comments to coworkers while others are not there, gossips) -Makes people very uncomfortable(Makes employees ask if customers need help or assistance over and over till they leave) -Not sanitary conditions for products(Minimal training, no gloves) -Owner asked for employee snapchat and would not share his age -Often times would be left alone in the store all day which is not only stressful, but dangerous for teens in a mall with no supervisor. Almost had to call security multiple times due to creepy men coming into store. -Would have a communal tip jar but wouldn't give the tips to employees....? -Was not trained on how to do refunds or returns because owner said there is no reason to do that with our products, but then when people would want a refund I quite literally wouldn't know how to do it!!!! Then I would call the owner and he wouldn't be able to help. So stressful. Customers were unhappy obviously. -Long lines for barista section, working alone, people would get so angry with me because I was taking so long. Also there was an option to make bubble tea when I worked there, but the boba took forever to make. -The list goes on and on I honestly wouldn't work here

Pros

- Great flexibility in terms of scheduling (great for students with tricky class schedules) - Relaxed, chill environment in which you can get all that needs to be done and then some without being overwhelmed

Cons

- Hours can be a bit long and breaks aren't clearly defined - Can often be waiting for weeks to receive shipments of inventory or fixes (like electrical issues) - Would often receive the schedule extremely late at night which felt unprofessional
