Pros

Have met some great people and believe in the work. Working from home is a perk. Unlimited PTO. Great product to sell

Cons

There is no room for advancement. The compensation is not equitable. You are stuck with your starting pay for years, no COLA , if management likes you, you’ll get more opportunities and better regions. You must negotiate when offered the position or you will miss out

Pros

The ability to work from home has been a game changer. I love the opportunity to build relationship across teams and have them on calls with customers if needed. It’s an all hands on deck mindset, the culture is positive and allows for autonomy.

Cons

Not being paid commission after the first month of maternity leave is a big con!

Pros

Excellent leadership. Employee satisfaction is a priority for the company, and it pays off since many people have been here 10+ years. Wins are celebrated! Company has a "camera-on" culture which helps you to feel connected with coworkers, even while working remotely. Great level of professionalism and passion from those I've worked with.

Cons

If a sales rep goes out on parental leave, they do not earn commission on their sales that close after the first month of leave. This puts pressure on sales reps to return from parental leave early, or forgo commission on orders they may have spent 6+ months working on.
