Company has a "camera-on" culture which helps you to feel connected with coworkers, even while working remotely. Great level of professionalism and passion from those I've worked with.

If a sales rep goes out on parental leave, they do not earn commission on their sales that close after the first month of leave. This puts pressure on sales reps to return from parental leave early, or forgo commission on orders they may have spent 6+ months working on.
