5yThank you for your candid feedback and we apologize for the delay you’ve experienced in hearing from us. We take every opportunity we can get to be better and we greatly appreciate your help in pushing us to get there.
We are in full agreement that our business is founded on and built around our people. They are industry leading talent and we are so lucky to have them. Our managers and senior leadership team are some of our hardest working and most dedicated talent. These are people that have been with the company for many years and have helped shape not only the trajectory of the business but the talent in which they nurture. We value every member of our team across the globe.
As our company grows, finding new ways to effectively communicate is an ongoing challenge. When we were physically separated from one another in March of 2020 due to COVID-19, leaders, both global and local, started providing weekly updates on the state of the business and what we would expect in the coming weeks and months. This level of transparency was critical as we dug deep and worked together to bring the business back to life. While we would have loved to avoid furloughs all together and better prepare our staff for these changes, the circumstances of the pandemic did not allow for this.
We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you in more detail about how else we can progress.
