Pros
1. The tea is truly amazing. 2. Junior team members were generally smart and helpful. Good people. 3. Had the ability to meet and work with some interesting external partners.
Cons
1. Benefits are not competitive, especially considering how much is expected in order to be "successful". It is expected you will work weekends, nights and attend special events, and failure to do so is seen as you being ungrateful about the opportunity you've been given at the company. 2. The company says they're a feminist organization but doesn't support their employees as such. 3. Lack of meaningful mentorship or career guidance. 4. No real ability to make decisions or change the organization, as management only believes in their own ideas and ideals. 5. Management says they want diverse opinions, but reject those opinions when someone voices them. Those team members will be labelled as difficult and unhelpful.
