Pros

Tealium continues to scale and is making positive momentum. People are really smart, are driven to do the right things, and are innovative. Strong focus on AI and understanding all the new options for working with AI.

Cons

Sales have been steady but growth has been slower than hoped

Good pay, unlimited PTO, Flexible hours

Cons

Very poorly written legacy platform, lack of leadership at the VP, SVP, CTO level, Inability to understand what’s needed to fix platform. Horrendous politics. Decisions made for political rather than technical reasons.
