Call Center Style - Production Based/Only Care About Numbers - Talent Acquisition Specialist Team Hired Employee Review

Don't care about anything but number of calls you make each day. System automatically continues to call people, have to have conversations between 3-4 minutes and there's no room for genuine conversations (they are all recorded and you have to follow a script). Was told it was just a small start up company, but found out there are hundreds of employees.
