Honestly no true cons. Quick turn around time on several tasks, but that is the nature of the business.

The benefits are great, and the team i work with is great. pretty understanding as far as being sick etc

Constantly changing but programs are not updated to reflect said changes. Lots of pressure and unrealistic expectations from upper management. Pay is okay but not enough for all the work we do and the scope the job encompasses. Don’t expect performance/tenure raises unless you’re upper management or csuite even though they already make more than enough. Only a marginal cost of living adjustment each year. Don’t pay new hires enough starting pay so it’s constantly understaffed.
