Pros
- overall office morale is high, most of the teams are incredibly kind (as for the Tier 1 Account and Media Teams, that depends on the day) - flexible schedules - lots of team outings - lots of opportunities to connect with people in the industry, having the Publicis Groupe name helps a lot
Cons
- the Account directors on their LDA accounts are incredibly difficult to work with. If you ever have to work with or under the remote media supervisor based out of Denver, I would run the other way. - incredibly stagnant pay, it’s easier to get a visa to live in a different country than it is to get a raise here - too many higher ups are remote, making it difficult for junior and mid-level employees to get the assistance needed to complete tasks - promotions are rare unless someone leaves - lots of people have been there for years/decades, I wouldn’t recommend doing the same if you want a long career - quiet layoffs, laid off people who had been at the company for too long with no further growth opportunities, or laid off people who were remote.
