Pros
One of my favorite things about working at Team V are the people. Co-workers are true friends here and it's not uncommon for large groups to spend time together on the weekends. Having a team that you're friends with makes coming to work fun and comfortable, knowing that you are facing challenges and celebrating wins together. The leadership team is very transparent and keeps everyone in the company abreast of what's going on during monthly townhall meetings. They also take the time to get to know entry-level employees more personally, which makes you feel like a person as opposed to a number. During my time here, I've also found the opportunities for advancement to be limitless if you know where to look. Sometimes the next step isn't the most obvious one, but might be in another department or on a more challenging account.
Cons
The environment is fast-paced... which for me is a good thing, but if you aren't organized or get easily flustered managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines then it can be challenging.
