Pros
It was a nice work environment. Everyone is nice and respect your expertise. The pay scale is very competitive and you do get fair review and get a raise every year. The company benefits is pretty good specially the health coverage.
Cons
They do not care too much about digital. They only care about TV..but I think they have changed a lot. But again this is an advertising agency.
