Pros

They hire good people/ good culture IF you are in office. Remote is different (but makes sense) Insurance and PTO are good 401k match is 6%- pretty good. employee stock options are decent IF the stock performed well (it's does not)

Cons

the ENTIRE enterprise team has not hit their quota.... the entire team.... The products we are supposed to sell in order to hit this quota are not enterprise grade, ridden with issues, lack high value performance and are not best in class. Nextthink is better. beyondtrust is better. there are way too many AE's- time to cut 60-80% of them. otherwise they will naturally leave (which it seems to feel like what this company wants) oliver steil is useless. the upper management changes on a dime. there were 3 team restructures in the last 12 months. the SVP quit. the president of the americas is leaving for greener grass. i'd imagine more are to follow. the base pay and comp pay are trash. not worth it. IF you want to apply here, focus on the salary. thats what you'll be living off of.

Pros

Benefits are strong and the culture/moral of the Florida office are world class

Cons

Struggling senior leadership team with no real vision of how company can turn around to be competitive. 1E acquisition was good idea for vision, but the reality is the company has significant challenges with the product performance and use cases that were clearly not disclosed during the sale. There is real potential to re-invent and turn the trajectory around but would require fundamental shifts in strategy and execution which the SLT has showed they are not willing to commit to.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that the benefits and team culture in our Florida office stood out, as these are areas we truly value and continue to invest in. We also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding our strategic direction. Building a competitive, future-ready product portfolio remains a key priority for us, and the integration of 1E reflects our commitment to thoughtfully expanding our capabilities. We understand that the execution and communication of this vision may not have always felt clear or consistent internally, and we are actively working to improve in this area—particularly in how we share updates, align teams, and provide greater transparency. Thank you again for your candid input. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
