Pros

Wins are celebrated. Medical insurance is covered 100%. Vision and dental are dirt cheap. No micromanaging. Lots of opportunities to earn money. PTO is outstanding! Immediate holiday pay, benefits, PTO, and 401k contribution. Promotion from within. No cold calling! Not encouraged to work through breaks and during off-time!

Cons

The company had a huge win last year when a bunch of companies went remote due to the pandemic. That time has passed, however, and yet the company still expects growth. Meanwhile, their prices are hiking, and the subscription model hinders sales. The systems we have to use are disjointed, not user-friendly, and there are far too many. We don’t even use our own product for our work! We’re all required to work in the office despite being a company that helps other work remotely. We were told bluntly that if we want to work remotely we can work elsewhere. The office is nowhere near where anyone lives. Training is not helpful at all to our day-to-day activities. I felt totally unprepared when I hit the phones. Commission is capped, but earning potential is still high.

Pros

They hire good people/ good culture IF you are in office. Remote is different (but makes sense) Insurance and PTO are good 401k match is 6%- pretty good. employee stock options are decent IF the stock performed well (it's does not)

Cons

the ENTIRE enterprise team has not hit their quota.... the entire team.... The products we are supposed to sell in order to hit this quota are not enterprise grade, ridden with issues, lack high value performance and are not best in class. Nextthink is better. beyondtrust is better. there are way too many AE's- time to cut 60-80% of them. otherwise they will naturally leave (which it seems to feel like what this company wants) oliver steil is useless. the upper management changes on a dime. there were 3 team restructures in the last 12 months. the SVP quit. the president of the americas is leaving for greener grass. i'd imagine more are to follow. the base pay and comp pay are trash. not worth it. IF you want to apply here, focus on the salary. thats what you'll be living off of.
