      Pros

      -Coworkers are nice, product itself is solid but could use some tweaks.

      Cons

      -Management is beyond lost, they have absolutely zero idea how to run an enterprise organization in the US and rely on the EMEA model. The office is extremely toxic as is some of the culture that management has created among the teams. They change initiatives daily, consistency is non existent.

      Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

      Cons

      Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
