What I like most about working at Tech Air are the fantastic people. They are supportive, friendly, always willing to help out where needed and passionate about their work. I have a very supportive manager who has been invested in my career growth from the very start. In fact, they are the reason I decided to work here and I have not been disappointed. The company offers on-going training and development opportunities - job specific training, tuition reimbursement, etc - in order to help grow and invest in the employees and the business. In Danbury we periodically have pot lucks, holiday party events, birthday celebrations, etc to help break up the work week. We recently had CPR training on-site and the company sponsored our participation in a local 5K event to support the nearby animal shelter.
