Pros
Great leadership quality in the managers and respective heads. Quality served by the team to its clients is really commendable. Interaction with the end client to the employee to better understand there issues are really helpful.
Cons
As the quality is good, so we need to put all the focus towards innovation and have to work more. But it’s exciting and we always have something new to learn.
