      Good and experienced CEO who manages the entire business Good salary and incentives Good working atmosphere Good training for the employees and each employee is given client exposure No work pressure as the planning will be perfect

      No holiday on Saturdays No casual dresses were allowed on week days

      The company has a very good work culture and people here are very supportive, very good training is given to the new employees that makes them learn the software very fast, people are very proactive and are always open for learning new things, this company has give lot of growth to me as an individual.

      No cons for this company, and if there will be any then it will the common one that any other software company usually experiences.
