-worst appraisal system -everything is in manger hands,but they say appraisal is with management -got "A" rating in mid term appraisal but it is reduced to "C" in main appraisal,this clearly says how politics play here. -Nobody cares when u r on bench,its ur head ache to search project, RMG is for name sake.
