      Pros

      - Good for Freshers - ELTP Training World Class. - Variety and No.of opportunities to learn. - Works Good if you consider the company like a Transit Company before you switch to another. - Unless you have onsites I wouldn't recommend to stay in company for more than two years.

      Cons

      - Once who joined as a fresher should switch the company in Next 2 Years as the hikes here are pathetic(Forget about comparing to the Market Standards) - Strict/Fixed No of login Hours. - No work from Home and Work life balance is at stake.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
