Pros

1) Well structured ITP training for freshers making all the newbie to come at similar platform. 2) Good HR policies in terms of leaves and timing. ( much relaxed compare to industry standard) 3) Excellent work space to work. 4) Good entertainment activities keep going on through out the year by JOSH team. 5) Training on different technical skill sets are available to attend by Learning and development team.

Cons

1) No structured to process to allocate freshers to the project. Most of time its a random allocation. 2) Lack of good projects from other domain. (After MSAT merger it may not be a flaw.) 3) Growth in term of salary and domain knowledge is very slow. You are bound to work on a particular project most of the time. ( Not a personal opinion ). 4) Hike is not up to industry standards and mostly determined by a flawed process that has nothing to do with the real efforts put by a associate.

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
