Pros
The organization supports growth opportunities, and is supportive of work-life balance. The culture and values do not encourage the typical hierarchical manager - reportee structure, and encourages transparency within the team.
Cons
The overall culture depends on who is the head of the delivery unit. Some delivery units encourage very protocol oriented culture - follow the escalation matrix strictly. There is absolutely no 'open door' with such management.
