Pros
Basic training to freshers are pretty good. Though it'll be more theoretical, for some projects there will be hands on training. Freshers will have an easy time getting into the company and finding projects. Development projects will have flexible timings. HR dept and HR managers are very helpful and patient regarding any queries you have. Greenery, gardens, landscaping provide you some respite from stress. It's a large IT park so you can take a walk if you feel stressed out.
Cons
Unfortunately this place has a lot of cons. Bad food, regionalism(in hiring people), lot of restrictions on work timings if you're in support projects and you will feel overworked in a months. If you're from a certain community you're immediately taken into the 'A team'. If you're not(and show even the slightest signs of not doing good work) you'll be condescended upon. Not a culturally diverse place to work at. People working in rotational shifts will have a hard time sourcing healthy food as Cafes in the premises are either closed during night time or a bit costly. There are no good restaurants within one km distance. From my experience, it's a good place to start for freshers just out of college. Most people leverage Tech Mahindra as a spring board to start their career and I think it's reasonable by seeing what the company has to offer.
