Pros
1. Pay structure is good 2. If you are billable to any client, the whole CTC you'll get in your hand after deducting Tax and Provident Fund. This includes your variable pay in your monthly salary and you don't have to wait for 6 months/12 months. If you are not billable, then also you're eligible to get at least 60% of your variable in your monthly salary. 3. If you have a good relation with your manager, no need to complete stringent 9 Hrs in office. 4. You may get onsite opportunities if you are lucky..
Cons
1. 21 earned leaves per year; no sick leave and no casual leave. Only one optional leave per year.. :( 2. Became out-sourcing company. They'll hire you on their pay-roll and will depute you in some client place. They'll not even consider for TA(Travel Allowance) for you. Asking them, you'll get answer that it is in same city. So, why you need TA? 3. Stupid Appraisal policy. If you are on high package, you'll get hardly any hike. 4. Not for Experts.. You'll only get old and junk work for a client. If you expert, better choose a product based company. 5. No room for new ideas and innovation (Though so many emails you'll receive every another day)
