Pros
Training is not that good...It is too specific to techm...so you don't really learn a lot... promotions are quite slow..you will get appreciated for your work everytime(assuming you are good at it) but your salary, post, responsibilities nothing really changes that fast..not a place to be in if you want to grow professionally.
Cons
Office timings are bad...the transport, atleast in mumbai is bad...just one fixed time for the bus...if you ever get late you will have to come to office yourself...and if you have to come to office on weekends the compensation is much less than the amount you spend on travel and to top it all there is nothing other than biscuits in the canteen. and the locality is not that great to have some decent restaurants.
