Pros

Remote work options no need to travel to the office

Cons

I’ve started at the beginning of November. Unfortunately I’ve gotten sick on my second day with a bad viral infection. I was on sick leave for two weeks and also got a sicknote from my GP stating everything. On return I was let go from the company. I haven’t even received my pay for the two days I worked for. Tried contacting HR and the onboarding manager but I think they all blocked me.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
