Company has very loose affiliation with the truth in it's business practices. Despite what they tell people and have on the website, there are no corporate partnerships to help get students jobs. I did not see a single student get close to getting a job during my time there. Top level leadership has created a dysfunctional and toxic work environment. There is no respect for the work mid to lower level employees do. The turnover at this company is unlike anything I have ever seen with the majority leaving due to ethical concerns and/or general lack of organization. Working at a startup is often used as a crutch to explain the overall lack of organization, but this company is over 10 years old. The only reason things are the way they are is due to management. Management doesn't seem to care about the quality of the product being put out as long as sales are happening. Don't be surprised if you are asked to teach a class you are completely unqualified for! If you are reading these glassdoor reviews considering employment at Tech Talent & Strategy I would strongly advise you to find something else instead.
