Great Company - Senior Logistics Representative Tech Transport Employee Review

The ownership is very involved in the company and all of its employee's. They are always willing to support any employee within the organization that wants to better themselves with education. Very respectful environment and great team of coworker's Benefits package is outstanding, including 401 K match

I have worked here for several years and see myself retiring from Tech Transport I do not see any cons in working at this company.

401K contribution, Gym reimbursement, fun Christmas dinners, good bonus at the end of the year, I really can’t think of anything else.

Discrimination not only between employees but also from management to employees. Long hours with not enough work to do. The company doesn’t care about the employees well-being, you are forced to drive under a blizzard even when all the carriers have closed for the day. No work/life balance. Management pick favorites and promotes them to jobs that don’t make any sense. There is even people with two unnecessary tittles per person. Management asks for employees opinions and advice with changing things around every now and then from which none of them are even considered. They chose ‘employee of the year’ every year, this reward is nothing but a joke about ‘favorite of the year’. On 2017, the person chosen to receive this award (IT department) complaint every time someone needed a computer to be fixed or any help in general making all employees feel like they couldn’t count on ITs help.
