I haven't found any pros during my working phase with this organization

Cons

No learning No job security No systematic way of work No health insurance Also forcing employee to come to office during covid situation

Hello, Can you please reveal your identity as we have not hired any Business Development Manager recently or I would say atleast in last 2 years. Also, coming to other points now which you have shared: 1. No Learning: We believe that we can only grow when our team members are growing and if you are growing there is no point that you are not learning. You must be known that learning and growing goes hand in hand and this is what we preach and follow. 2. No job security: If you were working here, you must be known that we haven’t fired anyone or even have not done any deductions in salary for anybody during this crucial phase. We value each person working with us. 3. No Systematic way of work: If there is no systematic way we would have not survived this whole pandemic situation but for your information we have grown stronger and bigger only. 4. No health Insurance: We care for the team members working here and follow all the compliances an organisation should, we have all the facilities for PF, ESI, Health Insurance, Gratuity etc. Lastly, We haven’t forced anyone to come to the office during pandemic situation, even right now too our team members are working from home when all the services are open. Pros

You might get lucky to be familiar with so many projects and brands' accounts. As this is an SPN, you'll get a lot of new learning things. Fun friday will be stress reliever, lots of even engagement. Team engagement is always super thing in the workplace for both learning & working.

Cons

There was no healthy work-life balance in my tenure. Not any kind of allowance even working the night shift. No monthly incentives. The payout is not good enough compared to the industry. Obviously you'll find lots of credit stealers as TL, AM & Project Manager. Give training to all, even your manager, then beg for paid leaves from them.
