Pros
When I wanted to join this firm, I did thorough research about this company, people working here and its Director through various platform and understood the growth rate of TechSci Research and finally decided to join this firm and I am happy to say, I have learnt a lot here in last three years. Market Researchers who cannot research about their next employer and dependent on Glassdoor's information, better not to apply in any Market Research Company for the job role of Market Researcher. Ofcourse, this place is not for spoon feeders and boot lickers. You give your best and you will be recognized appropriately.
Cons
1. Very strict policies for across the levels. At least give little flexibility to Managers and above. HR should treat managers and above little differently instead of treating everyone equally. 2. Don't understand, why their appraisal cycles are fixed in Jan and July. Can't we get the appraisal after completing one year? They give appraisal to all who have completed six months in the system who have joined before July.
