Pros
Work from home with biannual increments. You'll get more than 5% percent of raise in your salary every 6 months.
Cons
- Loads of unpaid extra hours - Worst PF policy, problems in PF payback but you must have to pay your PF - Worst device usage policies(you must have to pay 50% even if device issue is because of old device or other issues those are not because of employees) - Overwork for no reward not even appreciation - Worst management decisions - Increments are based on your current salary not on your performance - No learning opportunities, you must have to learn on your own - They can call you anytime they want no, work-life balance - Clever people in HR command who will make you feel insecure about your performance while your work is really good - HR will always do what they want regardless of what employees need - No bonuses, even your salary raise will be 5%-10% mostly - You'll get fired if your salary is exceeding a limit or your toxic ignorant amateurish junior/trainee is not happy with your teachings & work ethics(Keeping in mind that senior is trying to make them learn in soft ways & gain some experience)
