The rapid pace of learning something new to build customer solutions is very rewarding! Office mood feels more like a tight-knit community than a workplace; very fun and friendly environment.

Compensation has a visible ceiling in my business unit, so annual raises do taper off a bit earlier than expected. This is counterbalanced with decent profit sharing. Work is sometimes pressuring. Held to a higher standard - not necessarily a bad thing for those looking to rise in their career!
