This is a "good ol' boys club" and women are treated accordingly. Admins are walked all over and completely overlooked for the hard work they do because it doesn't directly impact money coming in, even though projects would fall apart without them. One member of upper management in particular is bringing the company down and the other members seem content to let him. Job security is non-existent when business is slow.
