Pros

It's a great place to learn a craft, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. They also throw pretty good parties.

Cons

Don't count on getting a raise or a promotion, and don't count on getting fair pay. They will make sure you stay where you are, no matter how good you are at your job. The best option at that point is to leave and go somewhere else. There's been plenty of times I stayed overnight, worked 24+ hour shifts, and then expected to continue on my normal shift the same day, without even "thank you" or "good job"

Pros

- Can achieve a great work/life balance - Can learn multiple transferable skill sets (learn as much as you'd like and take move on) - Amazing group of people to work with; like family. Open to sharing/teaching each other new skills.

Cons

- Lack of upward mobility/lateral growth - No system or platform in place for performance reviews and that may be because it opens the conversation up to career advancement and growth within the company, something that they want to avoid in my opinion - A raise is HARD to come by; and no bonuses, at least pacify the reality of the former - You can get stuck in the same routine if you get too comfortable with you duties and your pay
